I'm just a chick from the ghetto with a dream. I promise you, in the beginning of pursuing your dreams, God/Universe will make a way for you. I finally surrendered and told myself I was ready to take my life to another level. This was in August when I made this decision. Since then, I've had Mashonda, Dondria, and soon to have Donell Jones, Angela and Vanessa Simmons on the show!!! How was that possible?!!?!!? The universe makes a way!!!! I promise you!!! Just trust God and push forward. He will not fail you. All of these interviews started with a simple thought. And they were booked shortly after. I remember saying to myself, ok, I got Mashonda now I wonder if I can get Angela Simmons, it was done 5 minutes after I put it in the universe. NO LIE!!!!
Some things you may have to work harder to get but the point of it all is to just go for it. I didn't go to school for any of this!!! I haven't been to 1 networking event(I plan to)!! But my point is, I'm a nobody in this industry. I don't have major pull. I'm not plugged. I'm just passionate and I know this is what I'm called to do. Therefore, it's unfolding right in front of my eyes!!
