The day that we learn to come together as women is the day this world will be a better place. I can't understand for the life of me why us women bash one another. Its already a man's world but we have the power to rule it if we could come together.

Role Models are Essential to Success
I believe everyone should have a role model. Someone they aspire to be. Who you look up to says a lot about your future. A lot of ppl don't draw inspiration from others and have no one to look up to. They say one of the key principles to success is to first imitate your role model and then become your own.

I'm sure you need no explanation as to why she's my role model. The reason why I live in Chicago today is because of her. My ultimate dream and goal is to have my own segment on Oprah Radio.
